STARCO, an established aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company based in Shanghai, is a joint venture of the world"s largest third party aircraft maintenance and engineering services company ST Aerospace and China"s leading airline China Eastern Airlines. Operated and managed as part of ST Aerospace"s MRO network, STARCO provides commercial airframe heavy maintenance and modifications for China-based and international airlines flying into China.
