陕西蓝太航空设备有限责任公司是集科研、生产、贸易为一体的高新技术企业。主要从事航空设备飞机刹车盘、铁路机车车辆刹车及配件的维修、研制和生产，并兼营化工设备的技术改造和维修。

     公司从九十年代初开始研究进口飞机碳刹车盘的维修技术，并于1996年成为我国第一家获得飞机碳刹车盘维修许可证（证件编号：D500044）的单位,共取得了中国民航总局批准的9个机型13个件号的碳刹车盘的维修许可证。公司拥有三项用于翻修飞机碳刹车盘的技术专利。公司维修的各种型号的飞机碳刹车盘在中国国际航空公司、东方、上海、厦门、南方等航空公司相应的机型上装机使用，凭借先进的工艺、可靠的质量、低廉的价格、优质的售后服务，博得了用户的一致好评，在国内享有良好的信誉。
公司在维修碳刹车盘的同时成功的进行了碳刹车盘的研制和生产并取得了可喜的成果。公司拥有三项用于制造碳刹车盘的专利技术。2006年1月，中国民航总局正式受理了我公司申请的五种进口飞机六个件号的碳刹车盘的零部件制造人项目申请。2010年8月,公司顺利通过了民航总局规定的各项地面及飞行试验，获得了民航总局颁发的B757-200型飞机碳刹车盘的《零部件制造人批准书》（证书号：PMA0092）；随后于2009年10月获得了A318/A319/A320系列机型碳刹车盘的《零部件制造人批准书》（证书号：PMA0092-002）。

Refurbishing and manufacturing of aviation carbon brake disks and railway related carbon composite equipments is the main business of the company. The company also maintains, manufactures and develops production equipment of chemical and railway industries.

Our carbon/carbon composite brake disk repair and maintenance and production factory is supported by our own research facility. We have a pool of knowledgeable and highly motivated technical and professional personnel in our production, product development and management team. We have our own complete set of production equipment. We have established a total quality assurance program according to the equipments of ISO9001、CCAR-145 and CCAR-21. Quality product with quality service is our corporate motto.

   We have made substantial accomplishments in the business of repair and maintenance of carbon brake disks for civil aviation application. In 1996, we obtained the carbon brake disk repair and maintenance certification(No: D500044) from the office of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. That was the first certification for carbon brake disk repair and maintenance in China. In the subsequent years, we were certified repair and maintenance for 13 different Part Numbers’ carbon brake of 9 different types of aircraft. Air China, China Eastern airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, China Southern Airlines have our overhauled carbon brake disks in service. Our overhauled disks have good performance stability, reliable quality and long service life. Our customers also enjoy good follow up service.
  Based on our carbon brake overhaul experience, our carbon composite material specialists have developed our own carbon brake disk production process and equipment.  In 2006，the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China formally accepted our application of PMA project of the carbaon brake disk of six different part number for five different type of aircarfts. On October 2009, we obtained the Parts Manufacturer Approval of the B757-200 aircraft’s carbon brakes (No. PMA0092). On Aug 2010, we obtained the Parts Manufacturer Approval of A320/A318/A319 aircraft’s carbon brakes (No: PMA0092-002) .
